16-Shed Double Layer is developed with the concept of increasing the running time of forming fabric without affecting the paper quality. This design has 8-Shed weave pattern on forming side and 16-Shed weave pattern on the machine side
With increasing machine speeds and fabric widths, double layer has become an asset.16 shaft double layer is developed with the concept of increasing the running time of forming fabric without affecting the paper quality. The running time of the fabric is increased with enhanced availability of bottom material. The finer variety of 16 shaft can be used for writing, printing paper and coarser for Kraft paper. Double Layers can be supplied with mesh count ranging from 60/cm to 32/cm.
